Terms and conditions

1. Payment
   We accept: Money Orders, Certified Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks. Your name must be bank imprinted on the check with the correct address and telephone number. Orders are accepted and confirmed by a fax confirmation. All payments for orders must be made in total upon order. Plus the cost of shipment orders.
   
   
2. Shipping:
   Orders, unless previously specified, will be shipped via DPD or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, only to a physical street address. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air delivery services are available at additional costs. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Please call for price quote.
   
   
3. Foreign and Overseas Orders:
   The Buyer is responsible for customs, duties, etc. at destination of goods. Payment terms include wire transfer, check or IR-LC (Irrevocable Letter of Credit).
   
   
4. Returns:
   All returns must be authorized by Grow Spray. Authorization must be confirmed before returning any product. These are special ordered products and are not subject to cancellations. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
   
   
5. Warranty:
   All Grow Spray products have full warranty coverage. Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material. Damage due to transportation has to be reported immediatly upon reciept of the goods to the transporter and Grow Spray.
   
   
6. Legal Status:
   It is the responsibility of the Buyer (Not Grow Spray) to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws when ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. Products sold are subject to Dutch Law.
